Why learn CPR?

Because you can save a life! Sounds melodramatic, but it’s also true. Sudden Cardiac Arrest claims roughly 400,000 lives each year. CPR is easy to learn and can truly make the difference between life and death, but only if you start within the first few minutes.

Still not convinced? See our Learn CPR Guaranteed! program.

Why learn First Aid?

When someone is sick or injuried immediate action needs to be taken. Knowing what to do, and knowing what not to do, is critical. Our First Aid courses teach how to handle medical emergencies such as stroke, seizures, and heart attacks. We teach how to manage injuries such as bleeding, trauma, sprains, strains and broken bones. Learn how to handle these in your home or office, or even when miles down the hiking trail.
