|  Michael S. Erdos, M.D., FACEP
Dr. Erdos, Medical Director for ERT Associates, is a board-certified emergency physician, and has been active in the development and oversight of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in the eastern Massachusetts area for the past 20 years. He has been Medical Director for the North Suburban Emergency Medical Consortium, the Region IV (Metropolitan Boston) EMS Council, and the Northeastern University Paramedic Training Program. In 1993, he was named Massachusetts EMS Physician of the Year. He served as the Massachusetts State EMS Medical Director from July, 2001 to February, 2003. In addition to his clinical practice, he participates in and oversees a wide variety of Emergency Response Training courses, including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) courses and CPR, First Aid, Pediatric First Aid, CPR for Family and Friends, and BLS Instructor courses.
Instructor Staff
Our instructors are actively practicing EMT's and Paramedics, and instructors in other medically-related fields, all certified by the American Heart Association as Heartsaver Instructors. They are chosen for their ability to communicate the hands-on skills necessary for CPR and public access defibrillation, as well as their strong interpersonal skills and confidence-building in this critical area of emergency response to a life-threatening situation. Our student-to-instructor ratio follows AHA guidelines, encouraging active participation and interaction to insure quality training. |
