Bad news: Simply buying the medication doesn't mean you know when you should use it, when you shouldn’t, how to properly administer it, and if you need multiples doses or not.
Immediate bystander intervention can make a lifesaving difference in opioid overdoses. This course presents what an opioid is, an overview of the opioid crisis, training on how to recognize an overdose, and use several different Narcan/Naloxone delivery devices.

The course is approximately one hour long and includes both lecture and hands-on practice. We teach this class on-request.
